Silvestro Design Operations facilitated a suburban window company’s move to the big city. Searls Doors and Windows found a space to build their new showroom and offices along the thriving Chicago Avenue corridor, and called upon SDO to integrate daily office operations with a public facing showroom for their windows and doors. Custom milled plywood panels and suspended foam-lined acoustic panels define and visually separate the office from the showroom and create a surprising lighting experience while the front showroom area is open to the street and allows for gatherings with the local design community.
