As a guest in the Phong Nha Farmstay, a hotel in Vietnam catering to adventure tourism, James was asked to stay on a little longer to help envision a new set of villas a few miles away from the farmstay.  Touring building sites for a few days and understanding the owner’s desire for a specific feel for these villas, James put together schematic design drawings and renders for the future villas. 

 Design was completed in October 2015.  Villas are currently under construction to be completed in Summer 2017.
