Renovation of a 3,000 square foot greystone in the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago.  The project was a de-conversion of a decaying two-flat into a gleaming single family home.  The renovation centered around a custom kitchen design and installation that incorporated a circular banquette for casual family gatherings.  The construction of this project took five months, during a Chicago winter, and was completed in April 2015.

 James was the project manager of design and construction of this project while working for Norsman Architects.
